Chef Carolina Luz, from the big smoke Sao Paulo, Brazil. Before arriving to Australia, she worked in the industry for 17 years alongside some of Brazil's leading and most internationally known chefs, interned at Mugaritz, Spain (considered one of the best restaurants in the world), and owned Trivial restaurant in Sao Paulo.
Since living in Australia, Carolina started Trivial Brazilian Food to provide the Brazilian community here the foods they miss and long for from home.
Our aim is to bring tasty food to the comfort of your home, invite your mates and add some Brazilian flavour to it.
We deliver restaurant quality prepared meals right to your doors, all you have to do is heat it up and enjoy!
